Sausage

All sausage is hickory smoked, fully cooked and ready to eat!

The sausage products listed above are made from your meat plus 30% beef or pork trim added. Add $1.00 per pound to use both pork AND beef trim. Prices shown above are charged on finished weight of the product.

Jerky

Game jerky is made from the round only and is $3.00 per lb., starting weight. Snack sticks are fully cooked and will shrink approximately 50%. The available flavors are mild pepper, hot pepper, and teriyaki. All hot jerky uses cayenne pepper. We can use jalapeno pepper upon request.

We take pride in every pound of sausage and jerky we make. Approximate time for processing your game order is 4-6 weeks. We will call you when your order is complete.

Burger

Fisher’s recommends 15% added trim (50 pork/50 beef) for moist burger. There is a $1.00/lb charge for adding beef trim. No charge for burger processing if your game is being cut and wrapped at Fisher’s. Customers bringing in pre-cut game meat for burger processing will be charged $0.55/lb ($20 minimum order) and an additional $1/lb for beef trim.

CLAIM YOUR GAME: Finished game left over 90 days is subject to a storage charge. At Fisher’s discretion, it will be considered unwanted and donated to charity.
